We have two courses that were previously created in Rise 360 and then downloaded to add to our learning platform. The person that created the courses left the company and their account was deactivated. We have the scrom files - is there a way to reupload them to Rise 360 for editing?

Unfortunately it is not possible to reupload SCORM ZIP files to Rise 360 for editing.
How long ago did the creator of these courses leave your company?
Thanks for the reply, that is what I thought. November is when the account was deactivated.
If you contact Technical Support, they can check if those courses still exist.
