Hi everyone, thanks for your help in advance. I tried to add a colleague as a collaborator to a Rise 360 course, but I accidentally misspelled his email address and now the "Inviting" button is stuck. Rise isn't offering to let me invite anyone else, either. Is there a workaround for this?
Hi there, Katie. Have you refreshed your browser tab, by any chance? That should help you get unstuck. If it doesn't, try another browser or a private browsing session.
