In a latest course I have both pdfs and a word document.
The pdfs open fine in the LMS but the word document isn't. It come up with this (see attached). Im pretty sure it is to do with the LMS, as it isn't downloading the doc, just opening in another window. Any ideas on how I can fix it?
Yikes! That looks like some sort of secret code! 🕵️♀️If you have a hunch that this is due to your LMS, let's test the LMS output file in another environment to compare the behavior.
Try uploading the output to SCORM Cloud, and let me know if you run into the same problem. Or if you'd rather send me the LMS output file, I can test it on my side!
