I followed the directions from the article below to share a Rise course (comprised of several files) with a client and the client is receiving the attached error message. Any suggestions?
Your client will need their own subscription to Rise 360 to receive a copy of your course. If they already have a subscription, then you should click the Send a copy option on the course card, as shown below.
Enter the client's email address in the pop-up box that appears, then click Send.
