When you start watching a video, while watching if you scroll down and click another video the previous video doesn’t stop/pause. The learner start experiencing dual audio.
Hi, Rafi - that's unexpected behavior since video blocks are supposed to pause when you click the playback button for another video block.
Were these inserted as video blocks? If so, the quickest way to get to the bottom of things is to contact our Support Team here so they can take a look.
If instead, the videos were inserted as Storyline 360 blocks, you'll need to add a trigger to enable auto-pausing. We have tips for how to do this right here.
