Problems accessing Courses

Hello E-Leaning Heroes community,
I have an urgent problem. I am using Rise 360 to deliver a course for international participants from all over the world (this is my first time using the Articulate Suite). I have set up the different lessons and exported them (for website) and then upload them using Google Cloud Storage servers. However, since this morning I have some participants that have messaged me saying that they cannot access the lessons (I have attached a message of one of them showing the error screen). How can I solve this? It looks like it is an authentication/security issue, seems to me that it depends on the country where they are accessing the course?
