Problems with LMS and Rise 360 course

I made a course in Rise 360 and some users started to report problems. The plaform won't keep record of their results in the final Quiz.
At the beggining we thought it was related with the browser (It woudn't work in Explorer), but recently we started to have users reporting issues also in Chrome.
I am exporting the course as Scorm 1.2.
Our LMS is a private one (HMCdeck).
In attachment I am leaving the link to the course, since is coporate one, i prefer not to disclose details. I am worried because this is our first responsive course that we had launch, but I been working in several other, that should follow soon.
We need to get this right asap.

Does your Rise course run within the LMS itself, or does the course open in a new window?

Articulate Support offered me a solution last week, but seems that some users are still experiencing problems. I am postin here the screenshots that they set me:basically his is upset because the platform dosen't record his effort and has to start all over again.

In his last email to you, Renz suggested that you set the course to Track using Course Completion and not by the Quiz Result. Here's a screenshot.
Were you able to make that change and republish the course? If so, are your learners still having issues with tracking and completion?
