I am trying to customise the process block to be in line with the rest of the course design but it looks like I cannot change the background colour. Is that right?
The ability to change the color and customize the process block is currently not a feature in Rise 360, but please take a moment to submit a feature request here with more details about exactly what you’d like to see. Thanks :)
Hi Fran! You can change the step label as Karl mentioned, which would let you change it universally, or you can change it at the individual block level in the settings as I have shown here.

I would love to be able to delete the Step #s in this block, or at the very least, the word Step.

If you are the course owner, you can change or delete the word step so that it does not appear in the process block.
Access your course, choose SETTINGS, and then LABELS.
Look for the Process section and edit or delete the word "Step"
