Has anyone else encountered this or is this a known issue that is being addressed by support? I have found that when you use wider images in a process interaction, they overflow the bounds of the process window, which looks bad, and is clearly an error. I have found this using IE to view the training. I am using Chrome to author the training. Screenshot below:
As a follow up, the workaround is to not use the Summary slide. The issue disappears if you add the image in a Step within the process interaction. This worked for me in this instance, but I suspect it will not work for everyone.
Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about this! It sounds like a couple other people have also run into this issue, so it's on our radar. I'm glad you found a workaround. I'll be sure to share any updates with you here.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help. :)
Hello, Adam. We've tested this issue again recently and found that the process blocks are displaying properly in IE 11. Let me know if I can help further!
