Hi, why is it when I select the process block , I am not able to edit the text. When I click Edit, it doesn't do anything for me. Attached a screenshot
I've just done a test process block and when I click edit I get this screen. Perhaps close down the browser and open again - you may have lost your connection.
Note: I just saw the Rise status page - and it has been unavailable - that would explain it. You canĀ check the status here
I have the same issue; when I add an interaction in Rise and try to edit, the Edit button doesn't work. I have closed out and re-launched and attempted again on different days, so it's not a connectivity or systems issue.

Hi Kristina!
Does this happen on a particular block type? Are you able to work around the issue by closing the lesson and opening it again?
Also, what web browser are you using to author your course?
I'm using Internet Explorer, and after closing the lesson and opening it again, I am still unable to edit the Process block in my course.
Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for Rise course authoring.
