Processing Translation in Rise 360

Hi all, I've been trying to import the translated XLIFF file onto Rise 360, but it is stuck at 'Processing Translation' for an hour now. I've also tried restarting browsers and the import but no avail. Any helpful advice will be appreciated.

Hi there, Penny. I'm sorry you're stuck! Let's cover our bases, first. Did you duplicate your course, and then export the XLF file from the duplicate? You can only import a translated XLF file into the same course from which it was exported.
