Hi there, Professional Development! Have you tested the same scenario in SCORM Cloud? If your content works properly at SCORM Cloud but not in Aptify, please open a support case with your LMS support team. They’ll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems!
For the issue with your learner's course progress, I'd recommend checking if your course is exceeding the suspend_data limit imposed by your LMS. The suspend_data element for a Rise 360 SCORM course tells the learning management system (LMS) where you left off when exiting the course and lets you resume later in the same place without having to start over.

Hi! Yes- this is IN SCORM CLOUD. But we are still seeing cases where scores are not being reported.
Hello,

element for a Rise 360 SCORM course tells the learning management system (LMS) where you left off when exiting the course and lets you resume later in the same place without having to start over. You can enable the LMS debug mode for your course to check. If your course is not exceeding the suspend_data limit, please open a support case with our team so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
