Publish Rise 360 course to wordpress website

Hi

I've read through discussions about how to publish my Rise 360 course to web. I have my zipped folder which I've extracted and can see my content and index.html file saved on my laptop.

However, when I try to use the plugin functionality on my wordpress website it won't upload the index.html file. Please see attached file for error message.

Please help.

Hi,

Are you trying to upload your content .zip file or index.html on WordPress from plugin uploader option? From here: WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New?

If Yes?

Then you're on the wrong track.

Follow these steps:

  1. Upload your content on the hosting server or anywhere.
  2. Extract your zip file.
  3. Create a URL to the index.html file like (www.example.com/uploads/rise360content/indext.html)
  4. Create a new page or post, use <iframe> HTML tag and use that URL to add your content on the page.
  5. You're done.

If you don't want to follow the above steps every time you upload and add content.

You can use a plugin like GrassBlade xAPI Companion to manage all your content and reporting related problems with WordPress.
