Publish Rise Course for grading

There are certainly ways, but they mostly include using other apps and adding them into Rise.

You could use Articulate or Camtasia to send an email with quiz results. Your quiz could be as simple as a "check this box to complete your training" at the end, this would let you know they made it that far. If you're looking to have them pass a test, you could flesh it out for that too.

Aso, if you don't have an LMS, you could host the training on SCORMcould which tracks completions and quiz results.

Just a few ideas to consider.
