Publish to web in Rise
May 06, 2020
Hi folks,
We have a situation where we publish Rise content to Web, upload them to S3, and then insert the link in the LMS (we use Litmos).
We tried two things:
1. upload the whole zip file- this created a link that when you click is downloading the zip file
2. upload only the index.html file- when we click to open it in the browser it worked (in some cases with CSS and in some without), and in the LMS nothing happens
Any suggestions? What are we doing wrong?

As you are using a LMS, why are you not uploading your SCORM package directly to Litmos? That is what a LMS is for.
I would recommend publishing for LMS and then upload to your LMS.
That will also create tracking data in your LMS, as publishing for the Web does not save any learner data.
Because it's heavy. Too much loading time for users who complain about it non-stop.
We did this in many cases...
Hello, Nitzan!
This is our recommended process for publishing and hosting Rise 360 content on a web server. From there, I would reach out to your LMS administrator to find out what you should do with the URL that points to the Rise content!
