I do not need to track Rise activity, but would like to use Rise in my Moodle. Can I upload my Rise course to Moodle without using a SCORM package? I get a zip file when I export to a Web-Only package, but I do not know what to do from there to get it on Moodle.
I'd agree with Sergio that you'll want to host the web output on a web server. Check out this article for all the details, plus recommendations for free web servers if you don't already have one!
Thank you all for your help! Ok, so if I am understanding correctly, it is not possible to post to Moodle as a Web Only Output unless I first upload it to a web server. And if I want to post directly to Moodle, it would be with a SCORM package. Is that correct?

You should upload your rise web folder to your server and then call the URL with a URL or PAGE activity in moodle.
