SCORM 1.2 output not working on client's LMS (Learnflex)

Hello!

Can you help me figure out why our published Rise output doesn't work on our client's LMS (Learnflex)? The module is successfully uploaded but when the client tests it on their end they receive the message "Your course is loading. Hang tight." Here are the settings:

LMS Settings (Also placed a screenshot of this in this discussion):
- Scorm 1.2
- Track using quiz result
- Reporting: Passed/Incomplete
- Added an "Exit Course" Link to let the learners easily return to LMS

Other settings:

- File size is about 60 MB, Module has 1 video and 3 interactive slides published in Storyline 360 then imported in Rise, We used the .woff fonts of Georgia and Calibri. We had these converted and uploaded in Rise.

 

Client views the module via IE 11. It does work on our end when we tested it on Moodle.
