I published a course for LMS (see the attached image); however, my client is saying "Thanks for the file you provided. That particular zip file contained the HTML structure with Javascript modules. Can you provide a SCORM compliant file which our LMS is capable of importing, please?"
They should not need to unzip the file in order to import it into the LMS. It sounds like they may not be familiar with the course upload process. If that's the case, they should contact their LMS provider to learn how to do that.

The LMS they are using is: CommPartners Eleveate (which I have never heard of and which has not been mentioned here on the db).
