Publishing to Review 360 - new version, change log

Dec 11, 2020

I go through many reviews with many stakeholders. Some are with editors who suggest language changes. Some are with lawyers who require specific wordings to comply with company policies. Some are graphic designers who suggest visual alternatives. So I am constantly pushing new versions of the same course.

I'd like to be able to include a change log when I publish a new version that sticks with that course so that it can be addressed to a particular audience and note what has and has not changed for this review cycle.

Hi there, Tim. It sounds like you'd like to see the change log on the Rise 360 course itself. In Review 360, there is a version history at the top as long as your publishing updates to an existing item in Review 360:

For now, during the review process, can you add a version log lesson to your course? Or include a timeline of edits in the course description?

I'll track your request for an authoring edit log in Rise, and I'll update this discussion with any changes.
