My course has a quiz at the end with 3 attempts. Learner has exhausted the attempts and still not cleared. Post reassignment on LMS , it is not letting the learner retake the quiz. Pls help
A learner will not be able to retake a quiz if they have exhausted all quiz attempts. However, your LMS should allow you to reset a learner's progress. It would be as if they had never taken the course, so they'll have to start over from the beginning. I would recommend reaching out to your LMS administrator to find out if you have that option.
