Hi, Sandra. Currently there isn't a question bank option in Rise 360. If you'd like to log a feature request and tell us more about how you'd like this to function, that would be super helpful!
In the meantime, you can create a quiz with the questions you want to reuse, then drop that quiz in a different course using the copy option. You can find this option when you open the dropdown menu here:
