I'm using the quote carousel in this course but the text shows up badly misformatted in Chrome (See attached) but not in Edge. I've used "Paste as Plain Text" when bringing in the content but it hasn't fixed the problem.
With some more troubleshooting, it seems like the 'italics' are causing the error....But again, only in Chome. I'd like to keep the italics if possible. Any one know a fix/workaround for this?
Hi, Joe. Thanks for the screenshot–really sorry about that formatting issue. I mocked up this test file where I'm having a little trouble recreating what you're seeing, so I still need your help.
Can I confirm where you're copying the content from–Word document, web browser, or something else? During my test, I copied text from Word as well as typed it right into the Quote carousel block.
Have you tried the Clear Formatting option to see if that may help?
Mind sharing your Rise course's Share link and/or the content source with me, so I can take a closer look?
