I am recording the audio in rise. However sometimes when I mess up and have to start over it does not push out my most updated audio even though when I am in edit it has the most updated version.
What do I need to do so I do not have to re record a bunch of times?
Thanks for trying that, Chrissie. IE isn't a supported browser for authoring in Rise 360. You can use Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge in Windows environments.
I'm going to open a case for you with my team so we can have a closer look! Can you please reply back to the confirmation email with the Share URL and title of your course and lesson where the audio isn't updating?

What web browser were you using when this happened? Do you notice an improvement if you use a different browser?
I am in chrome and I have not tried a different browser. What is your recommended one? I.E?
I also just opened the course in I.E and it is not pushing the newest recording to the actual presentation.
