Hi - how do I get the application to recognize my headset? I'm using Plantronics V Voyager Legend and it will not record sound. Appreciate any guidance you can give. Thanks -
Hi there, Lynn. If you aren't having any trouble recording with your headset in other apps, let's have a look at your browser settings. In Chrome, for example, you can open your privacy settings to allow certain sites to access your microphone.
