A client of mine is not getting a completion status registering in their LMS. The course is currently set to require 100% viewed and before I resend as a 50% viewed to troubleshoot, is there another path that is preferred for tracking completion?
Thanks and no it's not tracking by a quiz. It's didn't take at 10% either, so I wonder if their particular "completion" option is off. Is there a particular option the should choose as a rule here "complete/incomplete" or "pass/fail" for example and perhaps this is the disconnect? Ty again for the help!

I'm not clear on how you would like your completion to be set up or how you currently have the tracking.
Sounds like you may be tracking by course completion and need that to be 100% complete?
If I've misunderstood and perhaps you're tracking by a quiz and would like to track both completion and success, check out this article.
I would always run under 100% for storyline (as 100% rarely worked), and for the Rise courses I have always set at 95%, to give a little flexibility.
