We don't have a recommended resolution for Articulate 360 output - as it'll depend on your individual users and what devices/browsers they're using. Rise courses are fully responsive. You build a Rise course once, and it'll fit each computer, tablet, and smartphone perfectly. Here's a bit more information on how that works.
