Log out and back into Articulate 360. Re-open your course and try recording audio again.
If your preferred browser doesn't work, try another supported browser. That will help us figure out if there is something in the browser that is preventing audio from being recorded.
I am having the same problem. I am using Chrome on a Mac. I have refreshed Chrome, refreshed the page...doesn't record. At the end of the file it makes, it shows "aN:aN" where the time should be.
Everything was fine. I mistakenly clicked a button that said "never allow audio to be recorded on this device" oops! did not mean to do that. How can I get RISE to record my voice on my computer again? I am on the latest version of Safari on a MacBook Air
Charity, Since you're using Chrome on a Mac, can you check this Google Chrome support document on using your microphone? Make sure Chrome has permission to access your microphone. Let us know if that doesn't work by clicking here!
