We removed a user from the team a while back and now realized that there was some content in the user's account that should've been saved and transferred to another user. Is this possible to do anymore? The user was removed from the team approx. four months ago.
I recommend getting in touch with the support. The courses should be in the account, they will be deleted after 6 months if the account doen´t have a seat/license as far as I know.
If the user was removed within the last 6 months, you should be able to re-add them to your team. After re-adding them, go ahead and remove them again but choose to transfer their content to another member of your team. Thanks for your help. This user also left the company four months ago so re-adding them to the team would've been possible, but fairly difficult. We ended up creating the lost course again.
