Rise 360 doesn't have a reflective question type right now, but you could try embedding a survey from a third-party tool (like Google Forms) using a Multimedia Embed block.
Use this iFrame code format for easy embedding: <iframe src="URL HERE"></iframe>
And if you don't need to track learner responses, you could build the question in Storyline 360 embed it as a Storyline Block. That way, you can prevent the learner from skipping the question using a continue button. You can read more about requiring completion here.
