does anyone know of a way to stop YouTube from showing related or recommended videos after your video displays? Aside from having to dicker with the embed code? I have a project with hundreds of links to videos, and really don't want to go through and modify each...
Did you try adding the " ?rel=0 " to the end of your Youtube link? That's one of the optional parameters for YouTube embeds, and that one controls showing related videos or not.
rel=0 means related videos won't display
rel=1 means related videos will display (default)
I gave this a test with one of my favorite things to watch on YouTube. Take a look at my Rise example here. If you don't want to watch the whole thing - fast forward to the end.

Hi Ashley, How are you today?
I was using that snippet as part of the embed code; I didn't realize that you could add it to the end of a YT URL. Good to know...
I was just trying to avoid doing that to some 500 links; being lazy, I know...
Thanks for the help!
Hi Michael,
I'm doing great - I hope you are too! I know that you probably are if you watched baby goats in pajamas. 😉
I haven't ever tried it at the end of the embed code, but the end of the URL is the method I'd suggest.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Yeah, those goats were the high point of my day!
That's really sad...
