Someone was making comments on my course in Review 360. I republished over the same version of the course in Rise 360. The person reviewing said there was then a red X in a red circle next to each comment. She had to redo the comments. Can you republish over same course at the same time a person is reviewing the course? Any ideas how they got the disabling mark on their comments? Thanks
Hi Karen! I see that you posted a similar question here. Comments roll forward with each new version, so you’ll see comments for the version you selected and all versions before it. Sorry to hear that the comments disappeared and your boss had to redo them. Please share screenshots with us by submitting a case here so our support team can have a look at it.
