We are creating Rise courses, exporting to LMS Scorm 1.2 and adding them to Blackboard as Scorm package. The issue I have is that it does not seem to offer the option to control resume bahviour. If a student starts, leaves the course and returns there seems to be no tracking of their progress. Is it something I am doing? Is it possible to resume where they left off?

When a learner returns to their Rise 360 course, it should resume where they left off, but it sounds like that isn't working quite right.
Have you tested the SCORM output in another environment? This will help you nail down whether the problem is related to the course or to your LMS.
SCORM Cloud is a great tool for that kind of testing. Let me know if you'd like a hand with that!
