I have long ago changed the title of a Rise course. When launching Rise the dashboard shows my new title, but despite regular re-publishes to Review, the latter still displayed the old title for the course.
Yes. You can rename the class when publishing. You have to choose "Create a New Item" and type the correct name in the text field.
Note that this means you will have the OLD course and the NEW course listed in Review. Also, this does not retain any of the comments made in the OLD course. You are essentially publishing a different course.

Hi John! To retain your original versions, you can also rename your content right in Review 360! It won't affect the title of your Rise 360 course.
