RIse 360 Accessiblity: The wrong Knowledge Check questions are being read

Hi all,

I am developing a course in Rise and created a Practice section with several knowledge check questions. When testing with a screen reader, we identified an issue where the incorrect question text is being read. Essentially, what happens is this: Question 1 will be something like, "What is your favorite color?" and will have some multiple-choice radio buttons. Then, Question 2 will be, "What is your favorite animal?" which also has some multiple-choice radio buttons. The screen reader keeps reading Question 1 when providing response options for Question 2.

This seems to be happening with subsequent questions as well - the responses for Question 3 and 4 also will re-read Question 1 with the responses to Question 3 or Question 4.

This would obviously be very confusing, since the wrong information is being read. I can't find anything in the questions themselves that would be causing this. Has anyone encountered this before? Any ideas?
