Rise 360 auto drop down list showing in Chrome

Hi,

Would anyone know a work around to the following issue, please:

When an entry field is created on articulate 360 video/scenario and uploaded onto Rise, the functionality of that field change slightly. When the delegate has to record information in a that field the automatic drop down from google chrome shows. How can I stop this?

Hello, Bene! Does the same problem happen if you test the course in a Chrome incognito window? Because an incognito window allows you to browse in private, it shouldn't remember text previously entered or display a dropdown. Hi Alyssa, I have just tried it and it still appears even in the incognito window. Any other suggestion? :)

Thanks for the update, Bene! In that case, you'll want to clear your cache in Chrome. Here's how:

Select the More icon in the upper-right corner.
Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
Under the Basic tab, be sure All time is selected. Also, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files should be selected.
Under the Advanced tab, be sure Autofill form data is selected.
Click the Clear data button.
