Rise 360 cannot add Storyline 360 course to block

Hello,

I'm currently trying to upload my Storyline 360 courses to Rise 360 but it doesn't seem to be working. It keeps saying that it's adding the course but nothing happens and I can't progress.

Any ideas for solutions to this issue?
