Rise 360 character reactions

Hi everyone,
This one seems strange to me and I'd love some advice.
I've built a Rise 360 course which includes 5 scenarios. They all follow the same format i.e text intro with a character followed by three options to choose from (asking learners how to respond to the characters comment).
When I preview the scenario, the character reactions seem to change randomly. The strange this is that the reactions are identical the whole way through (in the intro and the 3 options).
I don't understand why the reactions are changing when they have been set exactly the same.
I can't share the project as it currently contains business sensitive material.
Any suggestions?

Hi Mark,
This is indeed odd! Try changing the reactions to another reaction option, exit Rise & log out, and then return and swap them back.
That's certainly strange, Mark! Have you double-checked each of the character expressions in the dialogue content?

I sure have. They all match as your screenshot and the scenario intro includes the same character with the same reaction. That's 5 reaction settings in total, yet they change randomly.
I havent dont that yet Holley. Its 5 scenarios with 5 reactions each so I'd have to change 25 reactions logout and then change them back? 50 changes!
