I have a course that was built in Rise 360 with Storyline block elements mixed in. The issue I am encountering is when a learner in our LMS completes the course, but wants to go back to review it again after, it resets the course. This means they have to go through the entire course again from the beginning.
Any idea what could be causing this? I'm not sure if it is something on Rise, Articulate or LMS end.
For reference, I did check the Player settings in the Storyline sections and they are set to "Prompt to resume" on restart.

How are course behaves after initial completion is determined by the LMS.
In our LMS we have turned off Review mode, so when learners return to the course, all of their previous completion data and scores are maintained.
We use Litmos and at first glance, I don't see anything like that, but I will dig in deeper.
And I just found the option in our LMS.... after some digging, so I am good. :)!!
