I'm a new subscriber to Storyline 360, and I absolute love the functionality available in Rise 360.
My LMS team, however, has encountered a problem. When publishing courses to Scorm 1.2 in Rise, they are having issues with the courses displaying a blank window in Chrome.
We have had users clear their cache, and the issues persists. However, when an incognito tab opens, the course displays normally.
Any ideas as to what might be causing this and any suggestions for a possible fix?
