Since I have done the July update last week, I have not been able to access my existing Rise 360 drafts. I can get to the page where my drafts are but when I try to launch the course I get a white screen with the refresh button near the URL circling as if it is loading but it doesn't.

Thanks Alyssa, I got an email about uploading but there is nothing to show besides a blank screen. Here is the link I am trying to launch.

Are you trying to author the course in Microsoft Edge? If so, we've identified the issue, and we'll be rolling out a fix shortly.
In the mean time, have you tried using another web browser?
