Hey! Anyone have any ideas for troubleshooting a course in Rise that the learner gets to the end of the course and the Exit Course button is not functioning. Nothing happens when both on laptop and mobile device.
Any ideas? Should we disable the Exit Course Link when exporting?
Yes we are using an LMS. We think it may have been user error - using phone with spotty internet connection so recording is interrupted or the like. Thanks for the response.
