Rise 360 Font Running Together

Hi Community! I have an issue with my customized font running together in my Rise course. I followed all the instructions for uploading (WOFF). I even added the font to my computer's font list. However, it still runs together during editing and after publishing. See the attachment for a visual.

If you switch to a different font, do you still see the same problem?

Can you help me with a few more details about your project?

Did you follow these steps when uploading your custom font to Rise 360?
What custom font are you using?
What web browser are you using?
Does the font appear this way when you preview inside of Rise 360, or only after the course is published and hosted elsewhere?

Yes, I following the steps to uploading custom font
Aller and Aller Light
Chrome
The font appears this way in all scenarios: In edit mode, in preview mode inside of Rise 360 and published in Saba LMS.
