I have been working on a course and it timed-out saying that I should refresh when I refresh it says I am off-line, but I am not. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Same - I still can't access Rise after restarting my computer and checking internet connection. It says loading, spins for a while and then says my computer is offline (which it is not).
The status page is useless. It says Rise is operational while there's a major outage happening right now. Is there another resource we can monitor to know when the issue is resolved?
Question: Do we know what the problem is? The status update only says you're working on it and it's been a couple of hours. Is there any estimate on how long this will take?
