In Rise 360, we have a requirement where we need two separate incorrect feedbacks for Knowledge checks. On the first incorrect attempt user will get only "Incorrect, please try again!" and on second incorrect attempt user should get the descriptive feedback, why the selected option is incorrect.
Is there a way to have two separate incorrect feedbacks for Knowledge checks?
Can we get rid of the 'Try again' button for second incorrect attempt and Correct attempt?
Hi there, Sarang. Only one incorrect feedback text is possible right now with knowledge check blocks, and they'll always allow the learner to try again.
As an alternative, you could build a quiz slide in Storyline 360 and add it to your lesson as a Storyline block. Storyline will allow you to fully customize that experience, and you can include different feedback layers that are triggered based on the number of attempts for the question. You can even start with one of the pre-built quiz slides from the Content Library - they have both Try Again and Incorrect layers!
