On a couple of RISE 360 modules, we have had feedback from users after they have fully completed a module and all of the side menu options are ticked completed, if they then go back in at a later date approx half of the modules are unticked, as to show this is not completed.
Hi Andrew! Thanks for letting us know what's going on. Is this course hosted in a learning management system (LMS)?
If so, have you tested the course in the LMS to see if you run into the same problem? Also, do you know what web browser they were using when this happened?
Yes this course is hosted on our LMS system, and we have tested in the LMS and this is where we have also found the problem. The browsers we have been using is Edge and Firefox (currently Google and Safari isn't allowed on our network.)
What SCORM standard are these courses in? Can you test the course with SCORM 2004? I want to check if this has something to do with suspend data limits.
Thanks for that insight, Andrew. It sounds like you could be having an issue with suspend data which controls the resume behavior of your course. We recommend splitting the course into smaller modules if you can't use the SCORM 2004 standard.
If you're able to share the output with us privately by clicking here, we can test on our end as well to confirm.

Hi Chino
SCORM 1.2 is the standard - unfortunately, our LMS doesn't take SCORM 2004, I checked with our Tech support team on this option.

Hi
Many Thanks for this - I have sent the file to you to test.
Hopefully this will give an answer to the issue,
Thanks, Andrew! I see you've been working with my teammate, Dexter, in your case. Let us know if you have any questions about what he shared with you!
