RISE 360 offline issue

I am in Australia and experiencing Rise 360 timeout and error issues Sunday 07 Feb 2021 since 1100. Showing 503 server error. Reported to Articulate but advised that this issue can only be reviewed between Monday-Friday when a system engineer is available. Very disappointing as this seems to be an ongoing and frequent issue.  This issue needs to be reviewed and adequate support put in place for a quick resolution Monday - Sunday as this application is provided world-wide and therefore requires support in all time zones. My business is losing money while waiting for a resolution. It seems like the server requires a lot more oomph to ensure the volume of developers needing to access it can adequately create content. Apologies for my frustration in advance!
