I am having trouble previewing my course.  When I click on preview nothing happens, just a white screen.  Please advise.  Thanks.

Thanks. I have a ticket open for our I.T. department to check my system. Cleared cache, may need my JAVA updated. Tried to go back into RISE but it's not allowing back in due to too many attempts. :(

It seems to work better with Chrome. I able to log in now and work on my course. I am waiting until I.T. updates my Java, before I revisit the preview course option.

Hi Cheryl,

So sorry for the trouble!  We’re having an issue with our authentication system that might cause an error when trying to log in to Articulate 360 apps. We've identified the problem, and we're working towards a solution.

You can keep up with the latest information by subscribing to our status page here.

Please let us know if you're still seeing a blank screen when previewing the course. We can take a closer look to find out why that's happening!

Cheryl McKenzie

Okay, thank you. Will do.

Good afternoon, Is there a way I can present my course in a "Presentation Mode" so I can use my clicker and still have the transitions like PowerPoint?

That's cool. I forgot about the wireless mouse option. I going to have them provide a tall cocktail table so I can remain standing. :)

Good morning, It’ s me again. ☺

I am in the process of creating a new course and clicked on course templates, but received this error message below. Is there another place I can view other course sample templates?

Hi Cheryl! I'm sorry that attachments don't work when you reply by email.

If you're getting an "Oops" error message when trying access templates, can you make sure that you can access all things Articulate 360 as listed here?

If that doesn't work, share the screenshot of that error with us here, and we'll diagnose what's happening!

I have built a “week one” scene with a total of 5 days. Now I am about to build week two. Is there a way to connect them with a new “Title Scene” of week 2 without creating another storyline?

Thanks,

[cid:image001.png@01D5E659.246208A0]Sure. I am working with Storyline 360 and the screenshot allows me to build the scenes but I need " Day 6 through Day 10 to be under a different "Starter Scene" verses creating a whole new Storyline.

Hi Cheryl,

Scenes are linked together by a trigger on the last slide in a scene.

For example, you can link the last slide in the first scene to the first slide in the second scene with this trigger:

Jump to slide [select slide] when the user clicks the Next button.

Give that a try, and let me know if that helps you achieve what you wanted to do!

Cheryl McKenzie

Okay will do. Thanks.
