Rise 360 is designed to be used with a Learning Management System (LMS).
Rise is a course building app, and that's all. It does not offer any student management or record keeping. Rise courses do generate learner data, but that data needs to be sent to, and stored within a LMS.
Once you have built your Rise course, you export it to a LMS and use it in the LMS environment. Data is then sent back and forth between the course and the LMS.
If you need student tracking, quiz, scores, issuing of certificates, etc. that is typically all handled by the LMS.
There are a large number of commercially available Learning Management Systems on the market.
Rise.com is one example of a LMS. Moodle is another, and there are many more to choose from.
