Do you mean you want the browser scroll bar to appear on the right side of the browser screen? If you have enough content in your lesson that would require scrolling, you should see the scroll bar.
Can you share a fullscreen screenshot of what it looks like from your side?
Thanks, Claire! It looks like you're viewing the course within your LMS. Try viewing the Share link outside the LMS. Does the scroll bar disappear there?
For example, the scroll bar remains on the page when I view this course Share link in Chrome.
Hi Alyssa! It still disappears, but quite honestly, we need the scroll bar to be visible the whole time. Our users are complaining that it's making it hard for them to navigate the course. Our rise courses have incompletions because of it.
Do you have any recommendations on how we can make this work within our LMS?
There isn't anything in Rise 360 that can control a web browser's scroll bar.
If learners are having trouble understanding they should scroll down to the bottom of a lesson, I would suggest adding continue buttons between every few blocks. That way, learners will know there is more content below.

Hi Alyssa,
Here's a screenshot. After sitting idle for a second, the scroll bar disappears.

Hi Claire!
This could be dependent on your web browser. For example, when I view this sample course in Chrome, the scroll bar remains on the screen.
What web browser are you using? Do you notice a difference if you try different browsers?
Our users have the most trouble in Safari, but the issue is now showing up in other browsers as well as Chrome, and Edge.
Thanks, Claire.

I hope that helps!
