I have inserted a few videos from Vyond into a Timeline block on Rise - i have clicked on media and added it instead of an image. When you preview the module the video plays when you press play but then stops part way through, you have to then hit play again, this can happen multiple times per video and at different points.
Is it that videos don't work properly in this block or have I done something wrong? they aren't long 30 seconds if that. They play fine outside of Rise
Hi Gemma! I started a case so we can have a closer look at these videos. You should see a generic confirmation email that includes an upload link. You can use that or reply to the email to send us the videos for testing. We'll keep them private and delete when we're done!

i am working from home and my connection is good, plus someone who has reviewed the module has the same issue on her broadband connection from home
Just these - I have took them out and re added them but its still the same - thats why I thought it was the block
